Hi everyone! My name is Georgian Avasilcutei. I'm working in the 3d industry since 2003. I've been doing it all...from modeling assets for media purposes to making characters and props for amazing games. In 2018 I've dropped all my contracts and tried to focus on giving back to the community. I've started streaming daily and made a few tutorials that are low priced to keep things going and share my knowledge to pretty much whoever wanted to see a full game production pipeline. Sadly twitch and a bunch of tutorials are not enough to support my bills so I either go back to contracted work or I get to guide some of you to make a breakthrough in the industry. This mentorship that will happen here is not for total beginners. I want you to think before applying to the highest tiers if you have enough knowledge to understand the basics of the software we're gonna use. Usually that means 3dsmax/maya, Zbrush, Marvelous Designer, Substance Painter, Marmoset Toolbag and some more that might differ from one artist to another. I can mentor you either for characters or props. My career have been split in between one or the other and to be honest it's easier to break into this industry if you're gonna go for props. So I'm here to help you anyway.
