Jeanette Voerman Voicepack

Description
Jeanette Voerman (and her sister too) from Vampire The Masquerade: Bloodlines join Xcom.
The party girl, flirting around and having fun - Bloodlines version of Harley Queen, which makes it funny trivia that she's voiced by Batman's Catwoman.

Around 350 lines
Radio effect added
No references to names and such
WotC compatible

I also made a version where both sisters were merged into single voicepack.

To keep mods organized, I suggest using Alternative Mod Launcher[github.com].

Credits: Troika Games and Activision for making Vampire Bloodlines, Grey DeLisle for voicing both sisters in said game.

@Elderbunnie: Unfortunately, to WotCify a mod I would need to download WotC SDK and compile new separate mod at the very least.
The workaround I use is Xcom 2 Alternative Mod Launcher https://github.com/X2CommunityCore/xcom2-launcher/releases
Apparently there's also a way to mod default launcher to load non-WotC mods too, but I kinda get used to AML so didn't really research that...

Sadly with the new Launcher the mod doesn't work with WOTC anymore. Any chance you can change that? I hope it's only one line of code that says WOTC Yes or No or something like that.

All that out of the way, Bloodlines is dope and I'm looking forward to these.

@nintendoeats: Don't worry, I also still play vanila - my reason isn't really compicated tho, DLC is too expensive for my wallet :D: (and I guess it would be nice to finish the campaign I started in base game :happymeat:)

Thanks. I was asking because (for complicated reasons) I am still using Vanilla. It's nice for something new to come along that I can use :)

@nintendoeats: Vanilla mod tools, but will work in WotC for both normal troops and heroes (just won't have WotC-exclusive lines).
