Ab Lounge for sale. Comfortable chair for crunches. A lot easier on your body than doing sit ups on the floor. Works well, but you'll probably want to clean it up a little bit. It's not too bad, but it has been in my garage since my wife moved out. We had two, so I'm selling this one. I still use the other one every day. It's a great piece of equipment, for what it does. Besides crunches, you can, kind of, hang upside down like an inversion table. Not the full inversion experience, but a close facsimile. The rolled steel frame can support up to 275 lbs.
